The valve body is made of glass fiber reinforced nylon. The closing element is a hinged flap fitted with a rubber gasket. Valve support is located on the valve housing. The valve can be fitted with a spring of different stiffness, which allows the valve to be adapted to the specific conditions and minimizes the dangers associated with the occurrence of pressure jumps. When replacing the springs it is necessary to disassemble the valve. All valve components are made of materials with high resistance to atmospheric and aggressive liquids. The “ARI NR-010” valve is a check valve equipped with an auxiliary mechanism designed to be fitted between the flange. Due to its specific construction it can be used in aggressive environments up to 16 bar. As the medium begins to flow, the flap is raised and exerts pressure on the spring outside the main valve body. The moment the flow ceases, the flap, assisted by spring pressure, closes the valve.
