Valve Box Kits
The following products are kits that we have made for a standard irrigation system. They have all the recommended fittings and parts required for a system from 1 to 7 Valves.
You can easily calculate the number of zones you have during the design process and match that to the correct valve box kit. If you need 5 Zones, consider a 2 and 3 kit to make up the system and so forth for other numbers of valves.

Valve Box Fitting Kit
If you like the valve box kits above but want to choose your valves and valve box, you can use the fitting kit.
The Fitting Kit uses the same products as the VB Kits, but excludes the valves and boxes. This allows you to mix and match different brands that you may prefer.
Ezy Valve Solenoid Kit
A Good Alternative The Antelco Ezy Valve 4 is a simple and cost-effective way of upgrading your system to a solenoid valve and controller but without the hassle of assembling the valves and picking the parts. A compact valve box with 4 internal solenoid valves that connect to a 24VAC or 9VDC irrigation controller. Installation is uncomplicated and provides a trouble-free way to distribute water to an irrigation system suitable to 20 L/min. The Kit comes with the correct wire connectors and instructions to make the job easy. If you are unsure about controllers, solenoid valves and all the components that go with them, then maybe this is the perfect step in the right direction for you.
1 Valve in a VB6C
The VB6C is a size that will fit most Landscape/Horticulture projects. This valve box can fit 1 valve in the following formation, with the pipe fittings on the outside of the valve box.
If you have a system using a single valve then consider the following formation. The swivel manifold adapter allows you to easily service the solenoid valve. If for some reason you need to take the valve out for replacement, you can easily use the swivel fitting to access the valve. Without it, it becomes a much harder task. The O-Ring nipple allows for a strong watertight seal on the solenoid valve, making the use of thread tape unnecessary. You will need to thread tape all fittings excluding the o-ring fittings.
2 Valves in a VB10C
Using the VB10C you can fit 2 valves for an irrigation system. Using the images below as a reference you can see that the 2 valve system fits easily with the inlet pipe on the outside of the box.
3-4 Valves in a VBC12
Using the VBC12 you can fit 3 valves for an irrigation system. Using the images below as a reference you can see that the 3 valve system fits easily and the 4 valves fit with the inlet pipe on the outside of the box.
The VBC12 is one of the most common sized valve boxes.
6 Valves in a VB12 and VB9
Using the VBC12 and the VBC10, you can fit 6 valves for an irrigation system.
7 Valves in 2 VBC12s
For larger zone systems, use 2 valves boxes connected together with a poly riser pipe. For 7 valves we recommend 2 x VBC12s
